A Celebration !

Today my family and I got to share something with someone that we didn't think would ever happen . What did we do ?

First of all you all know that my grandmother is ill and near death , well today was her 92nd birthday . Yeah I am so thankful that we had the chance to celebrate another year of life with her . She might not know what is going on but it meant alot to me for me and my children to be there for what is her last birthday . Every week I wonder if by this time next week she will still be with us and in a way I hope not because it hurts to see her the way she is now . She has always been a hardworking , smart woman who has always been alight with life . It is so heart wrenching to see that light slowly snuffed out . Anyways , I am so thankful for getting the opportunity to spend the day with her today .
