my favorite things..

I love to read and this is one of my favorite series of books . I have four copies of these books , two in paperback and two hardcover. I use one of the paperback copies as a " loaner" copy . If you like romance , history , Scotland , learning about rituals and superstitions with a bit of time travel , then you will enjoy these books . Also if you like books that always have you guessing what is going to happen next then you will enjoy these books . Aside from Nora Roberts , Diana Gabaldon is my favorite author .

The Outlandish Companion:
This book answers any and all questions that you will have after reading these books . It also goes into the background of some of the characters that weren't detailed in the books .


This is the only book that I have not read and that is because I haven't as yet purchased it .

And there is also the matter of a tiny clipping from The Wilmington Gazette, dated 1776, which reports Jamie’s death, along with his kin. For once, he hopes, his time-traveling family may be wrong about the future.

Ladies , if you ever have the chance or the desire to read some historical romance , I suggest these . Not only are they a wonderful read but they also have many factual bits of information on Scotland and it's history .
