dreams do come true ..

Have you ever had a dream that you knew would one day happen but you just didn't know when ? Mr. Breazy and I have had a dream to build a home of our own for several years now but we couldn't because the land we wanted to build on wasn't available to us , until recently . I can't tell you how excited we are ! We should be breaking ground in June or July . We have spent the week looking at house plans and finally we found exactly what we have been looking for . My taste runs more to the simple than the extravagant and finding just the right plans was really important to me . I want a country style home , two stories with the bedrooms all upstairs , a huge kitchen with an ajoining breakfast room and family room , and the most important , a wrap around porch . To me a big porch is a place of peace and therefore very important to me . Our biggest expense will be the kitchen because there are some specifications that I have for my kitchen and I will not be happy unless I have them . Anyways , I wanted to show you what the outside of the house will look like . It is called "The Homestead" . When I saw this one my heart stopped and I knew this was it . The inside is absolutely wonderful and it is exactly what we wanted .










So let me know what you think ! Soon I will post the inside plans but they are reversed so the writing on them is backwards . Once we get everything together and have the finalized plans in our hands I will post them on here . Y'all have a good weekend ! :)
