Good Monday morning all ! I don't have anything of real importance to gab about today so I will just gab .
I noticed last week while picking my fourteen year old up from school that there are stacks of building materials on top of the building . Could this mean a third story? I believe so ! When the school was built they were thinking ahead because they made it possible for a third story to be added if it was ever needed . No one thought they would ever actually add a third story but I do believe that is exactly what they are preparing to do , I sure hope it is anyway.
Only 5 days til "FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE" and I can't wait ! I am hoping my beloved Volunteers will have a much better year than last year .
I have noticed that the air has a different feel to it late at night and first thing in the morning . Even though we experienced low 90's this weekend , I can feel just a bit of added coolness especially first thing in the morning . I am really excited about fall coming because I have had it with this thick humidity around here . Plus we will be moving and getting settled in soon and that has me absolutely jumping for joy !
Tomorrow will mark the one year anniverary for Hurricane Katrina and on this anniversary all the folks in the gulf are going to be watching a new storm that is possibly headed their way . Ernesto was downgraded to a Tropical Storm yesterday afternoon but is expected to be upgraded to a hurricane before it makes landfall . Weather forcasters expect the storm to hit within the next 36 to 48 hours . They expect the storm to be a Category 1 when it makes landfall. Just remember to say some prayers for them .
Well , I guess that is about all I have to yack about so , y'all have a wonderful Monday and be safe ! :)

sounds like the planners of new schools near you have more sense than the ones around here. i could rant at length on the topic.
it's hard to believe katrina was a year already. our church just sent a group down this summer to do reconstruction/cleanup/etc. they said it still looked like it happened last week where they went.
Hope the extra level relieves some of the problems with the school, that is good news.
