it's really happening !!!! WOOHOO!!!

I meet with the builders tomorrow to go over everything that will be going into our house . I can't wait because I have all the details down and I am ready . It still doesn't feel real yet so I am hoping that once we break ground it will sink in . We should sign the contract by the end of this week or the first of next week , right now we are still finalizing those last minute things . I did get awesome news today though , once all the figures were put in and all , our intrest rate was much lower than we expected so all of that research and weighing our options really paid off . Our house payment is going to be about four to five hundred dollars cheaper than we estimated so that is really great .

The kids are out on fall break this week so we are doing a lot of sorting through their belongings and seeing what they want and what they don't want and once that is all done I am going to have a yard sale and let the kids label and price their things so that they can get the money for it , then what is left from the yard sale we will box up and take to the Knoxville Rescue Ministries . I am doing some sorting through my own things because I am hosting a Home Interiors party this coming Thursday night . Two things in life that I absolutely love and indulge in is Home Interiors and Pampered Chef . I could break a millionaire with either ! I love a variety of things and it shows in my decorating because I don't really have a theme that I do , I just put out things I like . When our house is built and we move in, my office will be done in lighthouses and that will be the first time that I have ever had a room done in one complete theme and it won't be just lighthouses , it will be more of a beachy , tropical kind of thing because that is what relaxes me and what better place to have a relaxing effect than in the office where I will spend a lot of my time . Mr . Breazy and I are also going to build some pieces for our home like our dinning table and end tables for the living room and a few more things I have in mind . By building our own we know that they are unique and we aren't going to walk into someone elses home one day and see the exact same pieces we have .

Am I the only one that is this excited and nervous or were any of you this way when you bought/built your homes ? I can't wait to post the first pic of them cutting into the dirt and believe me , it will be here along with the progress of each stage of the building .
